Therefore, even if someone sent us messages containing a set of personal data, it does not automatically mean that we have stored them in our database . Equally, we may not record or store data about a candidate or other company interlocutor even after formal meetings or informal with him, at our headquarters or in other spaces, if we do not consider it useful to keep them, if we do not consider them useful at that moment.
